Dr. Vikas Gupta, MD

I've been seeing Dr Gupta for sleep apnea since 2022. Absolutely recommend him as a doctor However, the past few months that I've had to call the office to get help/a better understanding of various things (information on my machine, clarification for how to handle office visits vs. insurance etc) There is consistently one receptionist that is short, talks over me without fully understanding my question just to give me an irrelevant answer, and all around fails to take the time to be courteous, understanding and helpful as an office staff and face of the company should be. I used to love the welcoming and understanding tone of this practice, and now I dread having to call them just because I personally need a little more help understanding.

Very happy with this practice. The office staff is welcoming and helpful. The medical assistant is very friendly and kind. I've been seeing Megan the PA and she is thorough and competent. You don't feel rushed with her but she's timely. I've had nothing but great experiences here.

I can't say enough good things about Dr.Gupta and his assistant and staff. I feel heard and cared for in their very capable hands. The wait time in the office is short and the time they spend with you is plentiful and thorough.

Dr. Gupta is a very good physician. I had my first appointment a month ago with him. He took the time out and we discussed everything that I was going through. He has even went out of his way to provide me with the best treatment any other doctor I have ever had.

I found Dr. Gupta's staff and his PA absolutely amazing. I've only briefly seen the doctor but Meghan (PA) is thorough, empathetic, and on top of all my health needs. I'm very thankful to have found this practice.
