I just had my records sent back to the old practice at Mary Washington. No one from Dr. Chandra's office told us that there was a new affiliation with the Spotsylvania medical system. They only said they had moved. I went for a test at the new facility and it was not a good experience. At check-in, we had to listen to a woman carry on for several minutes at she chewed out the receptionist about seperating patients. Then, that same person was the one performing my test and was pretty rude. When it was completed and she partially cleaned the gel off of my chest then threw a damp paper towel at me and said it was time to go. She turned away, leaned over a counter, and started scrolling through photos on her phone. After putting my shirt on, she told me to leave now. It was bizarre and maddening, to say the least. No one behaves this way unless the supervisors and office manager allow them to. And this is the person providing crucial health information for the doctors to formulate treatment plans. I don't trust this practice to "care" for my cardiac needs.
