UPDATE: my four-star review is now a two star review. I got another bill in the mail....I called to try and set up a payment plan for the over $400 bill I received which is fine. I am not opposed to paying for the services even though it is extremely ridiculous. But they let me know that they cannot confirm that my son is in fact, my son so I have to reach out to the office because none of my information is in his chart. Which is hilarious... Because they're sending me statements. I've been paying on the statement as a guest every month for the past three months. I come home today to a collection notice with my most recent payment showing and the balance, stating that I have been sent to collections. My 400+ dollar bill is only $280 bill now so clearly I am making a dent on the bill. Are used to work for financials and a dental office and never in my life. Have I seen the multiple office I work for some people to collections if they're paying on the bill monthly. I will be reaching out Monday and letting them know how disappointing I am and their customer service. I wasn't impressed with the front desk and if I wasn't then I definitely am not now. The doctor that saw our son was amazing! Front Desk definitely was not overly welcome. Was surprised since they work with so many kids that it would be more welcoming.. They were not rude or mean. Just know you won't be treated with a "good morning". I also came with all of my paperwork pre-filled out because I worked at a front desk and know it makes there job easier. The tech before we saw the doctor was also amazing. LOVED her and the doctor. This is four stars because their billing system sucks and front desk could have been better. I got a statement in the mail try to do the automatic system which told me it could not process. Not sure why... Tried a second time and it did it again. So then I clicked the button to be transferred to someone and it told me to call cannot be completed as dialed... I was on the same call, so I don't really understand that. Then I called back the 1855 number to be put on hold for 10 minutes. before I hung up. My son then woke up from his nap so then I tried calling the office which I was told cannot take payments. I then logged online to try and get it to work and it didn't work until the third try. ridiculous it took me 30 minutes to try and pay a $59 bill. Just think they need to reevaluate their billing system, but other than that the doctor was fantastic.

Great experience getting an EKG and Echo for my 15 month old. Super smooth process and everyone from start to finish was very friendly. The doctor and nurse made me feel comfortable and they were both very informative throughout the entire process.
