VHC Health - Primary Care Falls Church

AVOID this place. They commit insurance fraud. Almost had to pay 200 dollars out of pocket due to them making a fraudulent claim where they lied about removing a callous on my foot. They claimed they "removed" a callus on my foot. Which they NEVER did because I didn't even have a callus. They just looked at my foot and told me it was a corn and did nothing but tell me to order a cream off Amazon. That was it, no removal, nothing. So they lied to my insurance, but fortunately I was able to dispute the claim and get the charge bounced. Asides from that the worst doctor I've ever had never took my concerns seriously or did any vitamin panels. My new doctor actually cares. So skip this place.

Very impressed with my first visit today! Everyone from check in to check out was friendly and efficient. Easy to make an appointment online, even as a new patient. Dr. Nguyen was friendly, professional and very thorough. The lab tech who drew my blood got it on the first stick and it didn't even hurt! Very happy to have discovered this primary care office!

Very impressed with first visit. Clean, new office space, easy, free parking, convenient location, no wait, friendly professional staff, excellent medical assistant and phlebotomist, attentive, curious physician who took her time and treated me with great care. I finally found a PCP! Also took my mother here and saw a wonderful NP, Bucher. The staff and phlebotomists were equally friendly and kind. Highly recommend this practice.

The front desk team is horrible. My first appointment was for a general check up. They called the days before to confirm my 3pm appointment and asked that I fast for at least 12 to have blood drawn. I arrive at 2:40 because they asked that I arrive early to fill out any paperwork. The doctor isn't ready to see me until 3:35 at wohc point they tell me the lab closes at 3pm.at that location so there was no point to me fasting. You would think that the person who confirm my 3 pm appointment would put 2 and 2 together, but no.. They refused to admit they had done anything wrong which is not cool, but whatever... A few months later I get a test done elsewhere and they call me stating I "need to go BACK IN for a follow up test". I arrive back at the testing site only to find out they had scheduled the follow-up test at the PCP office without explaining so. They clear don't care about the customers time at all.

I was a few minutes late to my appointment, so I take full responsibility for that aspect and do appreciate the team still fitting me in. However, my experience coming for an acute illness was not good in terms of the care I received. The care team completely left me hanging after doing tests, did not even tell me what I might have or if I needed to stay home/away from other people, or give me any next steps. I left with no after visit summary or notes from my visit. The medical assistant told me to just leave because the provider was going to be a while talking with other patients and I had already been there for an hour. One of the tests was supposed to take 5 minutes for results and I was told it would be uploaded to my portal or I'd receive a call. I heard nothing 1.5 hours later so called and was told the test was still pending and they'd have to call me back. I'd strongly advise going to a different VHC office or an urgent care.
