Absolutely fabulous pediatric cardiologists. After another local children's heart association totally dropped the ball, Pediatric Cardiology Associates quickly took the case so my son could have his life altering heart procedure. From the initial call, which was actually answered by a human who was incredibly understanding about the urgency of the situation (which had been mishandled by other said institute), to her arranging the appointment with N.P Amy,, my son was in the best hands. At his scheduled appointment, the front office staff were very professional and he was seen on time. After testing, N.P. Amy stated she saw the problem and brought in Dr. O'Neil. They were both thorough in explaining the situation and getting my son to be seen by specialist Dr. Cohen. Dr. Cohen was stellar in correcting my son's defect, A big thank you to all we've encountered at this practice and to the expertise of N.P. Amy and Dr. O'Neil who knew to send my son to Dr. Cohen.

I wish I can give minos 10 star for this management. I am an existing patient for this facility since 2018. Only reason I am coming here because of excellent service from Dr.Benheim. I can give him 10+ stars. But the facility management is horrible. It was very difficult to catch someone to make a appointment during COVID and now ( I totally understand because COVID excuse). They always tell me they will send appointment reminder notification everytime I checked out because they don't make appointments when we check out. But in my 5 years experience I never received one single call or email about appointment availablity. Everytime I called them to make an appointment, it is very hard to get someone to talk. I had to spend at 45-60 minutes to talk someone schedule my appointment. I even requested multiple times to talk to supervisor or manager,nobody called me back so far about my concern. I had an apportunity talk to the supervisor when I visited there I told them my concern. She told me someone will call me or send email to for next appointment. But nothing has changed. I had a visit 4/27/2022 and paid my co-pay. I never received any bills after that. I had another visit 12/9/2022 and I asked front desk if I owed them anything when I was checking out. They told me there was no balance. I returned this office 5/17/2023 and asked them same questions if I owed any money they said No. But just a week later I received final email notice to pay my fee balance otherwise will send to collection. I was so surprised to see that email. Because I simply asked them a week ago if I had any balance to pay, the answer was No. I called billing department about my bill and they explained to me that I signed up for paperless bill which is I completely not recall it. The person on the phone was very rude and mean. I asked more details about the bill they refused to do so. I have my rights to know about bill details. At end I received calls from collection agency to pay for bills. They should have called me before send to collection agency or told me when I asked them twice in the office. When I called billing department again today about the bill one of the claim wasn't submitted to insurance company at all. I was so furius and requested to talk to supervisor/manager. She kept me on hold for about 45 minutes and said no one available to talk. I am having terrible experience with office. If it is not Dr.Benheim I wouldn't come to this place. Everytime I talk to billing specialist feels like I am begging them for something evern I am bringing the business to them. They should have changed their attitude. Please make sure keep with all receipt just in case if they deleted your payment history.

My son was asked to wear a heart monitor. When it was returned to the office, they didn't ask who it was for, or anything. So then they accused us of not returning it. After we described exactly who and when it was that took it, the story changed to "the data is corrupt and we can't read it". In speaking with one staff member I was told this happens a lot. Two months later we tried again with a different type of monitor. Husband went to pick it up, and the office didn't know what he was talking about. There was no record apparently that another monitor was supposed to be ready for my son.. Once they figured that out they gave it to him but then the next day one arrived in the mail exactly like it. I'm not even sure it's the right kind of monitor. What kind of incompetence is happening that every interaction with this office and their staff has been negative except for the actual doctor himself. This is the 3rd time that we've had something happen and I don't understand how a professional office can continue with this kind of behavior.

Doctors were great, but the receptionists were bixchy-- calm down. I work with customer service and there's no need to act sassy, especially under a relaxed situation. Sucks that this has to be said, but work on how to talk to people first. She was very passive aggressive, yet I wasn't rude back because there's really no reason as to why anyone should be rude on the phone. Fix your tone please! :)
