About Dr. Michael Y. Kim, MD
Dr. Michael Kim is a primary care physician board certified in internal medicine with the Inova VIP 360 team. He joined the Inova VIP 360 team in 2020 after five years as a hospitalist at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. Early in Dr. Kim's training, he found a deep respect and passion for primary care and he developed a deep understanding of the importance of the bond between primary care physician and patient. While working in the hospital setting, he met patients who benefited greatly from this relationship. He believes that having a strong and effective relationship between primary care provider and patient is one of the most important tools on the path to best health outcomes for the patient.
