20241023 Dr Yager is very nice and patient. I wish we could have everything taken care of with 1 visit like Dr. Oskoui's office. Unfortunately, Dr. Oskoui passed away unexpectedly. With Dr. Yager's office, I had to make an appointment for an annual follow-up, then another appointment for Echocardiogram, and another with a nurse practitioner to review the results. That's a lot of appointments. I originally tried to schedule an appointment via the client portal, but Dr. Yager's schedule was not available. Not sure why. The front desk staff needs to learn to smile, say hello, and be friendly. I feel like I was talking to a robot who does the job, speaks minimum words, and has no emotion. I'm going to check his Reston location to see if I can get everything done with 1 appointment.
