Dr. Jacob T. Joseph, MD

Dr. Joseph has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever had. He's cared for my daughter and her husband as well as my husband and me. He steers you to the specialists you need to see and orders tests to zero in on the problem. If one thing doesn't work, he explores other options. Very easy to talk to. His new girls are delightful and as kind as he is. I Hope this office remains available for years to come. Very happy to have found him.

Ive been seeing Jacob for 20 years and I am very happy. He always visited my son at the hospital when he was very sick and gave me excellent advance warning about a cancer issue. Very good family doctor,.....you would be hard pressed to find one better.

A doctors office is very slow responding on needed medication not able to send prescription because doctor has been busy with patient they wait to send your prescription for a day or two sometimes internet is slow o or line is down doctor to doctor communication is extremely poor to get reports to get still uses fax machine in 21st century half of the time calls goes to answering sytem c patient has to hear cal back during office hours if there are other options please go see better MDfor better treatments and more professional a office admin to work with you!!

Yes the wait can be long. I plan for an hour if I don't get the first appointment of the day or right after lunch. Yes Dr Joseph can be quick with the appointment. HOWEVER, he will not BS you. If you need a specialist, he will refer you. If you have a concern, he'll keep searching until you feel satisfied with the answer. The staff isn't rude...Maybe frank but not rude. I feel there's a difference. There's one amin. There's one nurse. If you need a bigger office with quicker service, you may not want to go here. My entire family goes to Dr Joseph. Maybe we enjoy it because we have similar personalities. I usually can get a quick appointment. They don't harass and threaten your credit if you forget to pay your copay, but do usually request payment at time of service. Prime location in Fairfax. I've been going to him for over a decade.

Dr. Joseph is professional, kind, and caring - all qualities I expect out of a physician. I've known him for several years and he's always provided quality care while making a point to ask how I'm doing as a person. While I give 5 stars to Dr. Joseph as a physician, I will say that his office can be quite chaotic. Some of the administrative staff are very difficult to deal with.
