I saw Dr. Banerjee for the first visit in June 2021. The billing from the first visit was not accurate. I tried for 16 months to address the billing problems. I called the office who sometimes answers the phone. I was referred the the billing department which is located outside the United States. In 16 months my calls to the billing office, my calls were answered 1 time. I left messages with no return calls. I spoke to a person twice in billing, once when I called, another when billing called me. Both times I explained the billing errors. I was told both times it would be researched and I would get a return call. It was not until I posted publicly about these multiple issues that I received a call from a supervisor who finally resolved the billing errors. I was asked to remove my reviews. It is clear the physician's office doesn't understand US medical insurance. I will not choose Dr Banerjee's service due to how difficult billing issues are to resolve. Enough stress to give me a heart attack.
