First seen in his satellite office in Wytheville, VA. in Jan. 2018..Came off as a bit arrogant & not willing to help with the medical issues going on with me. Ordered a CT scan of Renal Arteries . Was told to call back next day for results. Spoke with his nurse Teresea whom was very unprofessional in giving me the results. Nothing was really explained & released from his care. Then was referred back in May 2018. Only to receive a call from his nurse before Memorial Day stating Dr. Raju cancelled the appointment with him. Reason being stated that his office & the hospital he works for doesn't have equipment to deal with a person of my body habitus & I needed to be seen by an more upscale hospital. Was pretty much discriminated against bc of being a bigger person & because of financial status. Very unprofessional in that way. Office at Wytheville needs to be cleaned also , as the examination area had so much clutter that u couldn't be seen properly . Also, looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Not safe & sterile for patients. Very dissatisfied.
