I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bilchick. He was thorough, patient, and genuinely committed to understanding not just my condition, but me as a person. He has that rare combination of top-tier expertise and approachable bedside manner--he explains complex medical details in a way that makes sense, and he always made sure I felt heard. What sets him apart is the level of care and attention he brings. He doesn't rush, he asks the right questions, and he's proactive about finding solutions. You can tell he's not only highly knowledgeable but also passionate about his work and his patients' well-being. Dr. Bilchick has given me confidence and clarity in my treatment, and I truly trust his judgment. I've been seeing Dr Rohit Malhotra and staff for the last 11 years. Every time I visit I have a pleasant and productive experience. Customer service is A+ in the building and on the phone. Great job everyone, especially Emily Koch, Kelli and registered nurses. It's because of them and my attitude with my health I am still going strong at the age of 75.

Great doctors and great care.... too bad the office isnt too hot. Been trying for 3 weeks for the office staff to fax a Cardiac Consent form to the dentist... I've called, the dentist has called.... its like talking to a brick wall.

My husband recieved excellent care...the doctors, nurses, and staff performed at the highest standards.

Great people here. I have no complaints at all. Wait times are reasonable.
