The office staff and the nurse were very friendly and enjoyable. However I felt that Dr Fischer was rude and didn't have or didn't want to take the time to actually listen. When I left the office I actually at in my car and cried because the one thing I was more worried about he just gave me a flipping answer and tried to blame everything on a recent surgery. If that is way he treats people I hope I never need to go back. I would give only 1 star but like I said office staff and nurse were wonderful

Arrived at 12:40pm to my appointment signed in as directed to sign in on a sheet no time slot to put down or anything just name. I go to the bathroom and come back sit and wait 10min go by names are being called or people that arrived after me, complete confusion and disorganization, patients procedures being yelled out, finally I stand to see what's going on I'm told ooh I'm sorry with all the confusion I forgot to call you we can't do your test today. I ask why she says well I called your name you must've been in the bathroom so I ask if I couldn't use the bathroom she says yes I could use the bathroom so I asked what's the reason for not doing my test that I need to be cleared for upcoming surgery she then tells me I can have a seat and wait to see if the 1:30 doesn't show, she comes to tell me that the tech said they couldn't do the test I then said at first you told me you called my name but now you say the tech said I was late which is it? I then asked to speak with the doc which I wasn't allowed to I was given the option to wait or come back at another time. Just rude horrible experience.

I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Baer's assistant. I have left multiple messages on her voicemail asking for a response. The voicemail indicates that a response will be forthcoming in 24 - 48 hours, but I have not heard back at all. The office finally contacted the assistant and gave me the response I wanted. I was told that the assistant was too busy to respond to all inquiries. That is not an acceptable message. I am happy with the care I receive from Dr. Baer but am very unhappy with my treatment by her assistant.

For fourteen years I was very satisfied. But recently I have very bed experience. On May 24th my very nice doctor Beam recommend some test and lady at a counter ask me my phone to call me about my appointment. After one week I call because nobody call. Very nice lady tell that my appointment is scheduled for July 16th at 3:30. I got all messages to remain me about appointment last was 7 pm on 15th. At 9am I got call that my appointment was canceled because technician was not able to work. My opinion is that they these good doctors have problems with stuff but some of us can't wait for them to solve problem. I remember time when everything went smoothly.
