LewisGale Physicians Cardiology - Blacksburg

The staff was incredibly accommodating to fit me in as an urgent visit for preop planning. Even though I wasn't cleared, which I completely understand why and don't fault the provider at all, the experience was overall exemplary. The provider was very professional, congenial, and amicable. The office staff was extremely efficient and friendly. Overall a fantastic experience out of a very anxiety provoking situation. I will have Lewis Gale to assume all of my care from here out.

Once I got pass the front desk every thing went great. Even with chest pains the person working at the front desk seemed like she had a bad attitude and took her time letting them know that I needed to be seen. All though I wasn't feeling the best I could have not understood her personality. The rest of the staff was magnificent. They didn't waste any time getting me back to a room. There was nurses waiting on me and not the other way around. They all went to work immediately. No waiting. Someone was checking on me several times while I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone. As a matter of fact today a friend of mine was needing a cardiologist and was asking the name of the one that I had been seeing. I gave her the information. Hope she has a good experience.

The kind folks here have always been upfront with my health needs or checks. I believe they care about the patient. I feel comfortable with them.

This office is very well run. They took me in early because I was early for my appointment. The staff was courteous and friendly. The doctor was efficient but also compassionate and took whatever time was needed to provide for my care and for me to ask questions.

Doc Patterson and his staff are the tops!! They are kind, considerate, as well as friendly. I feel the care they give me is the best possible. The nurses are kind. The schedules are flexible. LewisGale Cardiology goes above and beyond the call.
