Inova Cardiology - Ashburn

My experience there was excellent. And im very picky lol. Check in was nice and pleasant. The nurse who took my vitals was very nice and super efficient and the doctor I saw I was absolutely great. The building is really nice so I'm not sure what other people experience but my experience was absolutely excellent.

This office is horrible that's why they have such a bad rating be very careful you're going to die if you go here. The front desk is horrible the doctors are horrible Zachary sites the physician's assistant is very rude horrible gentleman doesn't have any bedside manner. The front desk tells patience there's no way to actually get a hold of them to actually call them they make you go through the I know the app to message your provider which is very unpersonable unprofessional they won't even give you a phone number to the front desk when I asked there is a phone number to call this front desk isn't there and she lied and said no that's a complete lie they just want you to call the 703 number that makes you keep on hold forever to get the little operator I never customer service is horrible this office is going to get you killed do not go there

I have been seeing Dr Khianoury for two years and find her to be excellent. I'm in treatment for breast cancer and one of the medications were causing cardiac side effects. She spent time with me to understand the causes and follow up has been excellent. Each visit she provides such great advice that I leave armed with ways to live healthier. Excellent doctor!

I was a little concerned seeing such poor reviews. But after going I feel like the quality of care was good. Dr was very effective and quickly both got medical history from his old doctors also evaluating and take EKG. Dr was very pleasant the nurse also pleasant.

Inovas customer service sucks anyway but their doctors too, you wait for a month to be scheduled and then they call you the day of the appointment saying they have their personal lives to take care of. There's no check and balance here. No wonder their office seems like an abandoned place. It's not just this specialty but their hospitals, primary care and other specialty with lack of staff that are not friendly and either have no appointments for months or they cancel. The INOVA management needs to get involved before their non profit business suffers and the poor patients too.
