If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to see Dr. Rashid in September of 2017 for pink eye. I was met with a man who was disrespectful and unhelpful. He sat on his computer during my entire appointment, googling the best treatment for pink eye. Surely a doctor of his caliber wouldn't need to google how to treat an incredibly common ailment? I paid my co-pay the day of the visit and was mailed a bill a month later, which I paid immediately. Three months ago, in May of 2018, I received another bill from Dr. Rashid's office for an additional $85. I called the office to ask why I was being billed again. I spoke to 4 different people in the course of a week all of whom said there was no record of me owing any money. I received another bill for the same amount and again called to inquire and was met with the same answers. Last month i received a third bill and this time I spoke directly with Dr. Rashid's wife, Carole, who runs the office. I have been in contact with her 3 times now and every time she assures me she is going to get to the bottom of this issue and never does. I am shocked that Carole Rashid allows her business to be run in this way! Never step foot inside this establishment. Both Dr. Rashid and his wife Carole are incompetent and lazy! I wish I had never even gone.

Dr. Rashid is my mother's doctor for more than 3 years. He is a very attentive and thoughtful doctor. Whenever my mother complains about anything about her health, Dr. Rashid always listens to her attentively and advises either the tests she needs to do, either a medicine or some changes in her daily life. He spends not 10 minutes on the consultation, like many American doctors, but as much time as necessary to give to the patient in his/hers particular situation. Maybe that's why sometimes patients wait a little longer to their turn. I write for my mother, since she is an elderly person and does not know how to write a review on the Internet. The doctor called me personally and gave advice on the treatment of my mother. I find that it is quite obvious that he is a profound specialist and a serious doctor. I advise him to all my mother's friends. My mother said that not everything depends on the doctor, and it is also important how the patient himself cares to his health and prepares the questions that he/she wants to ask a specialist. If you have questions and you are worried about your health, then Dr. Haroon Rashid will definitely help you. I'm glad that we found his practice and we do not have to wait long for the time we appointed to. Wishing to Dr. Rashid the best!
