Patient
The office look nice and clean. Dr. Do is very friendly. However, I'm unhappy with the waiting time which is 1:40minutes of waiting times. I'm waiting in the waiting area and also waiting in the exam room. Dr. Do saw me only for 2 minutes in a real person then he came back to his room and FaceTime me again. I felt like he was wasting all of his times to go back and forth instead of stay in the exam room to asked question. My sister went to see him and complained with him about the waiting time was too long and he told with my sister that "if you weren't happy and you could go somewhere else " Excuse me, you are a professional and educated doctor. We both are needing each others. The doctor is needing the patients and the patients needing the doctor. Both of these parties needing each other. I'm writing this review so your office can correct the issue . I hope you can manage your times wisely don't make the patients waiting too long because everyone is so busy and they might come to you for an emergency but not for a loyalty patient. If you can correct it in the future then your office is the best.
