Patient
I was a patient here for two years, and I am very disappointed in my experience. This was a fine practice for once-a-year check-ins with minimal follow-up, but the facility doesn't seem to be capable of managing much beyond that. Medication management questions asked nearly four months ago remain unanswered. Doctor scheduled expensive tests that took place four weeks ago, and it has been impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office to discuss results, whether that's through the MyChart patient portal or calling the front desk. After getting tired of chasing down basic patient communication at this facility, I'm being seen elsewhere and would recommend anyone considering care from this facility to do the same.
