I was a patient here for two years, and I am very disappointed in my experience. This was a fine practice for once-a-year check-ins with minimal follow-up, but the facility doesn't seem to be capable of managing much beyond that. Medication management questions asked nearly four months ago remain unanswered. Doctor scheduled expensive tests that took place four weeks ago, and it has been impossible to get ahold of anyone at the office to discuss results, whether that's through the MyChart patient portal or calling the front desk. After getting tired of chasing down basic patient communication at this facility, I'm being seen elsewhere and would recommend anyone considering care from this facility to do the same.

Dr Kinda Jones was great. Really took the time to listen and consider all issues before making recommendations. She also gave me options and explained them. Including nurse Excellent service!!!

This review goes for our elders that attend this facility. I was there last week because my dad had an appointment. After arriving 15 minutes early we waited for an additional 25 minutes to be admitted and I came to realized that majority of the patients that come to this facility are way over the age of retirement. Many of them come in by themselves and the front desk receptionist are not nice to them, they don't have the patience that is needed for that position. I believe they should be more friendly and nice to these elder patients mainly because they have their job thanks to this elder sick patients that need help and better service.

This practice's office is so far below par it is shocking. One of the staff told us they get so many phone calls they place the phones on hold to catch up. They are rude and nasty and have no empathy for patients trying to reach them for appointments or questions. Two weeks ago I left a note under their door asking for a prescription and received no call back or the prescription. This was after days of trying to get through the phone lines. One of the doctors told us that if we have trouble getting through to drive to the office to get what we need. Are you serious???? There are too many good offices to waste your time on this one. Do not make an appointment!

Very tedious to make appt. Long waits on phone. Long waits in lobby. Long waits inside patient rooms. Sometimes disorganized. Plus I'm not sure I'm getting proper care and diagnosis. So I'll get a second physician to be assured.
