Inova Cardiology - HealthPlex Franconia-Springfield

By far the worst and most unprofessional people work at the desk. Clearly why they're in charge of just making appointments and not taking care of patients. Lack of empathy, professionalism, and above all manors. I would not recommend going here, at all. Do better INOVA

I've never been more dismissed by a doctor. All my concerns were completely brushed off. I've been trying to get help for the symptoms I've been having for years. I'm 32, 160 pounds and was told I'm clearly over weight and to just cut out the caffeine, lose weight, and keep exercising. I have 2 other doctors through the INOVA network and love them, not sure where this lady came from but 10/10 do not recommend. The front desk staff was okay, the nurse was very nice, and the doctor was not helpful at all.

Happy Friday!! Nyxon...Nixon needs immense customer service training! He is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an insurance mishap..no fault of mine! They refused to see me! I asked to speak to the doctor...to inform her of his unprofessionalism! She refused to see me. She sent the nurse assistant - who was very professional and helpful! 10 thumbs down! Happy Holidays!!

Dr Jason Morda is amazing doctor. He is very knowledgeable and listens to patients with sincere and deep empathy. He understands stuff and prescribes good medication as well. Nurse was very nice and cool as well. Overall experience was excellent. 5 star for sure!!!!

Dr. Archana Reddy embodies everything that a great doctor should be: she's a careful listener, gives clear information, and is very thorough. I feel like she really listens and understands me, and even though my appointments are a year apart, she always remembers and brings up small details of my life that I'd shared previously. The reason for four stars is that the office is extremely difficult to get on the phone. I'm usually on hold for upwards of 15-20 minutes.
