This was my first visit to Inova Cardiac Diagnostic Services, as my doctor recommended a procedure offered here. I completed all the paperwork and checked in online before arriving, which made the process smooth. When I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, letting me know the technician would be with me shortly. The technician came out right on time, and the procedure itself was quick and easy. Overall, it was a positive and efficient experience.
Appointment was for 7:00am. It's been almost an hour and a half and still waiting. And I've had to fast since last night, so no breakfast. Who k owes of the services are any good. At this rate I may never experience them.
Front desk person and staff were unprofessional. I was told by the front desk associate that if I wasn't in the office at 11 that the Tech would not take me. I arrived at 11am and she told me that the Tech had just left from the front desk and she said she would not take me.
