I really miss Dr. Aster Araya, she was so good. My family and I had moved from Alexandria also changed a pediatric Doc, but I wish I had make the sacrifices to drive a little more because I am not happy with current one. I just stop by to comment as I was referring to another friend that lives in that area. I came for the address and thought I should leave a comment as well. Thank you Dr Aster Araya!
I have only wonderful things to say about Dr Aster Araya.. Shis is very caring and attentive to my kids needs. She genuinely cares about them.. and spends a lot of times explaining...I have to be honest about the staff though.. they can be rude and give you attitude at times... But We never had any problems getting an appointment...
Dr. Araya is a wonderful pediatrician. She takes an excellent care of my three children and my children love her. Her staff is helpful and I never had any bad experience.
This place is the worst Pediatric Office my children have ever been to. The staff is rude if they are even aware that your there. I called to make an appointment twice on to separate occasions and NEVER got a call back; even to this day. When I did finally get someone on the phone they wanted me to wait a MONTH to get my kids physicals done. They were already patients at the time. I called another pediatrician as new patients and got in within a week. They also messed up on the dates for my sons shot record. BIG no no!
We feel lucky to find a doctor for our kids who speak our language and understand our culture...
