Don't bother going to patient relations there controlled by the hospital and paid by the hospital they'll listen and the sweep it under the rugg the vt orthopedic side is great !! Went there to get a simple MRI iv had MRIs before never had to get naked asked why I had more excuses thron at me then can imagine from its for my safety to possible weapons it our new policy went to another hospital asked do I need to get naked the tech and I quote why would we need that I asked is there a danger to me ws told no asked if the brass zipper is a problem was told no all they needed to do was take my shoes off and everything in my pockets told them no problem .If I was going in for an operation no problem this is degrading policy and it infringes on my basic human rights it's a controlling policy that should be stopped immediately I went to patient relations like I Said I got no where it's our way or the highway

It is truly a sad time in this world when someone has to give a life saving facility a 1 star review. My cousin was taken by ambulance for consistent vomiting. When she arrived, she had to go through security before anyone would see her. Once she was cleared, it took forever for anyone to assess her. Once she was finally looked at, we had an RN and technical assistant in her room. She began severely vomiting. During this episode, she wound up urinating on herself and the bed. She brought it to the attention of the staff, and guess what? THEY DID NOTHING!! They expected her to lye in urine soaked clothes and bedding!! I immediately went through the cabinets and found a gown and clean bedding. Myself and her sister had to clean her up and change her! It is truly pathetic that one of the largest medical centers in the region is allowed to treat patients the way they do!!! On a side note, this is the same facility that is responsible for my cousins husband's death. If you have a choice of facilities, please choose your other option. If you have no choice but to go here, beware and please advocate for yourself because these people who work here certainly do not care about you!!!!

From start to end, my care was great. The ER NP Shemika saved my life and I couldn't be more grateful that she ordered everything I needed to get clear results. Thank you to everyone that cared for me and helped me get back to normal. Nursing was phenomenal.

Consistently poor care with exorbitant rates. I would rather die on the way to a hospital with competent and empathetic providers. Response to RRMC: Why would I waste my time submitting a complaint? You will send an extremely lazy form letter and congratulate yourself for doing less than the bare minimum. Also, some advice if you have to advertise on the side of the building your "good" ratings that means your care is probably poor.

Was traveling from out of state and had to come to RRMC for an emergent procedure that was performed in the ER. The staff was nice. Not overly friendly but your typical hospital people. They were really busy that evening however I was only there for 2 1/2 hours.
