If I can give 0 star review I would. The doctor in here is just terrible My daughter has been seeing the doctor here for 2 years.The first time That I come the doctor just doesn't listen, and they gossip with their peer how my daughter is doing just fine, and they think that I'm crazy for I worry too much about my daughter symptom. And the third time that my daughter here for swollen leg and infection ear. The doctor doesn't really take a look at her leg. And say that her leg is doing just fine, she says her leg is healing. My daughter has been clear, she told the doctor that she has shortness of breath, dizziness and feeling weak all the time. My daughter suspect that she might have a blood clot. But doctor say she is fine and usually blood clot will be in the front of the leg. Doctor didn't even listen that my daughter got an injury from felling down the stair. Now the blood clot just goes through my daughter lung now she has a hard time breathing and chest pain. Her leg swelling even more. THIS IS HEALING???? I am really upset with this doctor. If she was really taking a look at my daughter leg, she wouldn't get this worse. And they sent a bill for 400$ to us because apparently, we don't have health insurance yet until Nov. And I have to pay 400$ for them to diagnosed that my daughter leg is HEALING????????

Absolutely horrible if you are unlucky enough to end up in the residents clinic. Your assigned resident is only in office once every 5 weeks, which also means they are NOT focused on your care even a bit- you're a number, if that. They are highly disorganized. I've gone in for vaccine appointments where they haven't even had the vaccine I was scheduled to get- nobody had bothered to order it. Recently one of their nurses gave me a vaccine WRONG, doing an IM for a subQ vaccine. I have a hard, bruised, painful lump where it was done. I even TOLD the nurse I was pretty sure it was subq, and she just Didn't Listen. Even wrote in her notes that she did it properly subQ, versus admitting to having done it wrong. I wouldn't trust them with my loved ones care. I wish UVM hadn't bought out every good doctors office around, the care here SUCKS because of them.

it is very difficult to get an appt if you are ill. I relied upon fanny allen urgent care for everything. it is really a training facility not a place to get primary care.

11/8/2024 I had the Very best New patient visit Dr. Koliba Lawlor 10 star's Dr., the woman who was in reception was fabulous, so pleasant. The intake assistant in my exam Room really Very diligent. Thank you UVM this was an Amazing team

I have been going here for years for my primary care. I've always been extremely satisfied with the caring and professionalism of the staff. Waits are usually relatively short (or non-existent), however, I am not sure if they are accepting new patients or not.
