Dr. Aysha Arshad has truly wonderful bedside manners. She takes time to explain every detail in a way that is easy to understand, especially recently for my heart surgery; a procedure that has significantly improved my quality of life. What stands out most is her genuine care and compassion. She listens closely to my concerns anf helps ease my anxieties every step of the way. It is rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such warmth and empathy! Dr. Arshad also takes a multifaceted approach to treatment, considering the whole picture rather than just the symptoms. I'm truly grateful for Dr. Aysha Arshad's dedication and highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional cardiac care!!

The world is unkind to the elderly and so is Dr. Aysha Arshad. One would think someone in their profession would be a bit kinder. Today on Vetrans Day (11 Nov 2025) my 77 year old mom a veteran of the US Army and who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease had a very difficult time making it to her appointment with Dr. Arshad because of her condition. My mom lives 17 miles away from the clinic. Here in Northern Virginia that's over an hour drive on a day like today. I knew we were going to be late so i called to tell them we may be about 30 minutes late. The lady i spoke with at the clinic said that they have a 15 minutes late grace period as per their policy. After that we would have to reschedule. That's usually the case with most clinics, understandably. I asked so if we make it by that time will we still be seen and the answer was yes. I told her we would do the best we could to get there by then. Well we made it. I parked in the front got my mom out with her walker. They have no handicap parking. So i had to leave the cars paralleled parked in the front help her to the elevator then go park the car. My mom was exhausted. We got there at within the grace period by two minutes. The appointment was 4pm we were at the counter at 4:13pm. They turned us away. The lady said she would have to talk to the Dr. who's with a patient and that would put her over the time. She said "Dr. Arshad doesn't like late patients." Absolutely no mercy. She said that we would have to reschedule. I said no thank you. There are plenty of other Cardiologists in town that actually care about sick and elderly people and have empathy. This clinic apparently only cares about patient volume for profit. The lady at the desk claimed she understands. How could she or Dr. Arshad understand how a 77 year old woman feels with stage 4 kidney disease.

Exactly what I was looking for honest and truthful reviews. I am relocating from Jacksonville FL in January. Completely new to the Manassas area and I was diagnosed with a CHF in January 2020, currently treated by Mayo Clinic. I am very scared but all your reviewers have helped me so much. Thank you

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Arshad. My son was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition at the age of 18 through a sports physical. I had lots of questions for her at our initial appointment. She was kind, caring, and took the time to answer everything. On the day of his procedure at Fairfax Hospital, all the nurses I had contact with had wonderful things to say about her, mainly that she was very thorough. My son is happy and healthy thanks to Dr. Arshad!
