"Dr".Trible had an emergency I was asked to come in later for appointment. Scheduled for 2, I had arrived at 1 and finished check in and vitals and asked to come back at 3 which I was happy to oblige. It seems Trible didn't want to have to come in and he asked me why they didn't offer another day. I told him I was happy to come in later the same day, but that seemed to upset him. He asked what I had done in the past and I let him know, he then tried to demand that all I needed was fiber medication to fix all my problems. He prescribed Citricel to be taken twice a day. When myself and my partner let him know that I am highly allergic to citric acid, he insisted that there was no citric acid in Citrucel. We asked if there was an alternative and Mr.Trible insisted that I could either take the Citricel and come back in 2 weeks, or see another doctor. When I went to schedule my next appointment I let the front desk know my dilemma and that I do not want to take something I am allergic to, and they said the manager Jennifer would call for me to see someone else because they can only book you with who you start with. After insisting, I was able to get them to book me with Dr.Smith who I originally saw in 2019. I am wary about the upcoming appointment because I never got the original results from Dr.Smith when I was there years ago. Trible has a great reputation, but after one interaction with him I'm not even sure how he's held a medical license. I was able to speak with Jennifer who said she would have the ethics coordinator reach out. This is very frustrating and worrisome. Insurance limits where you can go, and this place is medical malpractice waiting to happen. How can a doctor insist that you do something detrimental to your health and still be licensed? How is this place operational with him on the staff? I will say the rest of the staff was professional, courteous, and respectful. The front desk went above and beyond assisting me with my appointment and trying to get things rescheduled for the doctor, in spite of his lack of appreciation I think they were more than accommodating and I wouldn't have wanted to reshedule for another day. I was happy to come in later even if the Dr just wanted to brush me off. If he is that overworked perhaps it is better to find a way to accommodate him rather than he take it out on patients. If you have the option to go anywhere else, I advise avoiding this place if you can.

It was a pleasure going to Pratt medical group. The visit was very quick and very professional. Not a lot of time waiting like most doctors offices. They seem to care about their patients, call backs are very quick don't have to wait for days to hear something from them. Will definitely let other people know that I have had good experiences with Pratt. Also the lady that does the scheduling for you was wonderful. She has a great and professional attitude. I wish I had of gotten her name but I did not.

I have severe Crohn's disease and have been hospitalized several times and almost died twice from it. My doctor is very good but the practice itself is horrible. I saw my dr. on 10/8 & I got labs done and he was putting me on a new biologic med but I never got the med or a phone call. On 11/4 I called Optum who sends the actual biologic med to find out why I never got it and they said they never received a prescription for it from the doctor's office. I called Pratt Gastro and tried to talk to someone but I was on hold for 45 mins. I called back and finally got someone who said they have lost so many people she is the only one answering calls. I told her my problem and she put me through to the office manager, Jennifer who told me she would have someone call the script in. Today, a week later I still have not received it so I called her back and she said she would call Optum who sends the med out. She called me back and said she spoke to them and I asked her when I would get my script and she said "I don't know." I got upset and said " Jennifer, I saw my dr. over one month ago and called you last week because I never got my medicine then you call today but still don't know when I will get it? She then told me she will NOT be yelled at and I have no right to be upset with her. Really Jennifer? I am a WIDOW with NO FAMILY and I PAID your office to take care of my deadly Crohn's disease but I have no right to be upset? Most doctor's offices call in a script and its available AT LEAST within a week but I still have no medicine SIX weeks after my appointment because of their failure to have adequate support in their office but I have no right to be upset?

He guided me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout. His dedication and attention to detail continued beyond the initial appointment -- he coordinated my follow-up labs seamlessly and answered all my questions with patience and care. Dr. Jafri was equally outstanding -- attentive, thorough, and compassionate. He took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly outlined my treatment plan, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. Salam's exceptional commitment and kindness truly exceeded my expectations -- 5 stars are simply not enough to express my appreciation. Highly recommended!

Been a patient for years. Good people and Dr Jafri is one of the best. Does not over prescribe and is a good listener. Recently I witnessed a very rude somewhat aggressive man was banging at the door. He was angry that the staff member was on the phone with a patient and could not run and open the door, upset he had to wait about two minutes. He was not handicapped just rude. The staff handled him with grace and patience. Very impressive considering his behavior. Very knowledgeable staff and doctors.
