Highly would NOT recommend anyone to go to this place. Staff could do better on their mood. Wish they didn't just rush to do things and took time in their patients. Took my wife for a serve cough that made her struggle to breathe or speak. Doctor didn't even try to prescribe any medications. We've tried other medications that are over the counter but they barely help. I've gone to urgent care myself at the University of Utah Redwood and they had no problem in helping me feel at ease with prescribing promethazine and benzonatate, which has helped ALOT. When mentioned to the doctor at THIS PLACE, she than says there's no medicine that can speed up the process of this cough. Well obviously I know that a cough won't be gone in a day. I just wanted something to make it easier for my wife to deal with the cough or to be able to sleep at night without coughing every minute. I'm frustrated at this place, horrible advice, depressing staff. I've gone to many urgent cares in my life and decided to try a new place since it was near and "oh let me tell you" DON'T go to this place, it'll be a waste of time and money. If you really need to go to urgent care, I recommend you to drive extra minutes to University of Utah or Granger Clinic.

Went in after I had a terrible fall down the stairs. I don't think I have felt this level of pain. We were taken back to a room and it stayed with door open and me just sitting there. People were running in and out, mostly to use the computer. Why were there no other computers for staff to use? when my car was the only one there and so it seemed I was going to have a good amount of care. BTW this was my first time there. Oh and also the last. A nurse kept running in and out trying to get whatever she needed to get to make a chart. I think. Anyway when they took xrays and a catscan (not a friendly bunch ) it was decided that I had broken 5 ribs three of them broke twice. Broken collar bone. They did not exray further down from the ribs . And I have pain in 1 hip. I also have deep dark bruises on my knee Another thing they didn't xray. They didn't care at all about my pain level. Also only put a cursory few of medications i take with all the wrong directions of how or milligrams of the few they put in. The nurse typing just up and left without a word. I said I had more when she reached the door and said it was the end of her shift and the nurse taking her place would do it. She didn't. I then met the Dr and I'm not sure if he ordered xrays or not. But he came in to tell me his recommendations. Which the crux was some fancy words I'm sure I paid extra for. Basically that I need to stay at least over night so they could medically help me. I listened to all of it and tried to ask questions but was talking to the "doctor " to try and get some directions for me. He kept going back to they would medically get me to feeling better. And after a half hour I informed him that I would not be staying there. He got puffy then. Acting like I ruined everything for him. He told me he would give me a prescription for the pain. Finally I left when no one came by in about an hour. So my husband went looking for anyone to let them know we were leaving. They printed 5 or 6 pages and the prescriptions were in there. We stopped at Walgreens to fill them. We got home and I looked at what they gave me for pain. With a script for Tylenol and one for ibuprofen. Seriously? I have all that in my med cabinet. If they didn't work at home why the need to buy more? I know this is a long review, I just want to warn others they can find medical help elsewhere that will care and treat you with dignity

I had such an incredible experience when I went to the ER in West Valley. Michael, Piannia, Sean and Dr. Hall took excellent care of me and quickly diagnosed my issue and got me back to feeling well. I have always had excellent care anytime I've needed assistance. I also love the location it is so convenient to my home.

Great experience. They were able to get me in quickly and diagnose what was happening with my foot. Told me what I needed to do and even gave me a referral for a specialist if needed.

I took my father to the ER around 6pm on 10/9, but no one was there to see us. No one was at the reception desk. We waited about 10 minutes. No one came out to see us. There wasnt a way to get their attention so we left. Dont have an emergency after 6pm
