This was the worst experience of customer service in my life. I went in to get my health checked as I had sleep apnea. Becky who is Dr. David Klein's assistant wouldn't help me as her Doctor told her to look up some places that would do a sleep apnea test. I called her back a few times and she never got to it. Then I tried making a complaint on this matter but the front reception people would give me a contact person to speak to. I even went down there to wait to speak to someone and they refused to let me speak to anyone. Then I spoke to Penny who was suppose to transfer me to Dr. Klein's voicemail to give me a call back, but I got Becky who returned my call to tell me she had found someone who will schedule my sleep apnea testing (this is 3 months later after my doctors visit). I had specifically asked to speak to my doctor. I should legally have access to my doctor but I'm being prevented to communicate with him. Very shocked by how I'm treated. The front receptionist people in the Murray office was Laura, Rose, and Christina who would not let me speak to a manager. Worst experience ever!!!! Do not go to this office!!
