This was the worst experience of customer service in my life. I went in to get my health checked as I had sleep apnea. Becky who is Dr. David Klein's assistant wouldn't help me as her Doctor told her to look up some places that would do a sleep apnea test. I called her back a few times and she never got to it. Then I tried making a complaint on this matter but the front reception people would give me a contact person to speak to. I even went down there to wait to speak to someone and they refused to let me speak to anyone. Then I spoke to Penny who was suppose to transfer me to Dr. Klein's voicemail to give me a call back, but I got Becky who returned my call to tell me she had found someone who will schedule my sleep apnea testing (this is 3 months later after my doctors visit). I had specifically asked to speak to my doctor. I should legally have access to my doctor but I'm being prevented to communicate with him. Very shocked by how I'm treated. The front receptionist people in the Murray office was Laura, Rose, and Christina who would not let me speak to a manager. Worst experience ever!!!! Do not go to this office!!

I got a holter monitor for a one week time span five weeks ago. It has been over a month since I sent my holter monitor back, and I have not received my test results over the patient portal nor have they been read by the doctor. The nurse has only spoken to me when I get my call transferred. She does not respond to voicemails. I am having heart issues and I have not been able to make any plan going forward because I haven't received these results. This is the worst experience I've had with a doctors office in my entire life. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

I didn't want to give any stars at all because this place is the absolute worst! Time after time I've had to call and follow up on things for my dad when the medical assistant was supposed to do things. Each time I let it go but today I am beyond frustrated. We had a tele-appointment scheduled with Dr. Hammond at 1:00, it has been scheduled for months. His medical assistant called at12:45 for the pre-check in and said he would be calling. I waited until 1:30 to call and see what was going on and the response was "Oh, Dr. Hammond is running late, he should be here in 10 to 15 minutes" Are you freaking kidding me, he isn't even in the office. People have lives and it isn't to sit and wait for these doctors. I would over look this if I didn't have so many issues with this doctor specifically. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Very unprofessional, people shouldn't be treated this way. No consideration for our time, just terrible time management on his part to not be in the office. Call us to let us know he isn't in the office or reschedule us, don't leave people hanging.

The sleep doctor I saw was competent, but attempting to have a prescription sent to a new provider has turned into an absurd quagmire. The automated phone menu is a time-sucking black hole and the office staff are rudely efficient at referring you to someone in a different department who is rudely efficient at referring you back to the department from which you were just rudely referred. The office is frequently locked and empty, even during the business hours posted right on the front door. I could have switched doctors, gone to an appointment and obtained a new prescription in less time.

This review is for the medical billing staff. If u have insurance I wouldn't bother coming here! In little words they are a joke. They don't want to do their job as medical billing reps but they want you to do everything for them. They sent me to collections just because they wouldn't bother to fill out a form for the insurance. I had to call and make a complaint through the insurance and the insurance had to take care of making sure it got paid. Something I was told they should of done. I called and try to explain the situation and it was like I was speaking to 2 different people. I would ask a question and she would say I'm only telling you what my co worker is telling me to say. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! So I asked to speak to that person since I was speaking to them anyway, and she gets on the phone only to yell. would not let me explain the situation. I get there is a process they must undergo but one thing is to listen to a customers situation and another is go by the rules and ignore everyone because you think you know it all. I agree with the last review they need alot more training!!
