Dr. Harkness was very professional and nice. He explained the medical information in a way that was easy to understand. The medical staff were pleasant and made the appointment easy.

Greeted by a awesome young lady, who checked me in with no problem and very nice!! I had never met my Doctor before BUT he was AMAZING!! Talked to me, answered my questions and make me feel very comfortable and well taken care of!! Very highly recommended!!!

Had a great experience with Dr Harkness. The new wireless Pace Maker received was life-changing for the better.

Dr. Harkness was great to discuss my condition in terms we could understand. My only disappointment I have is with the appointment scheduling. For three times this year, I have had an appointment at least 3 months or more in advance and have been called 4 days or so before the appointment and told it had to be rescheduled because the doctor was on call, and I then went to the bottom of the list for my new appointment. Is it not possible for the person making the appointment to have access to the doctor's on call calendar to be able to make an appointment that can be kept? We live 3 hours away, and to have to reschedule a trip to SG possibly 4 months later is certainly not good service.
