Not a good experience at all regarding our mother's care during her stay at the this hospital. The lack of communication between staff and each provider was non existent. We had to explain to each provider that was providing care what the other had told us. Each provider gave us different and conflicting information. My mothers primary care physician had spoken to a PA from cardiology from the hospital and it was advised for my mom to be taken to the ER and admitted that evening. This was documented but the ER was unaware what she was there for. We were told that they had no records of anything like that. All this information is on her discharge papers that they knew nothing about throughout her whole stay. She was also told by the discharging nurse, when asked, about her UTI results we were told that the test were clean and no sign of an infection. The next day we received a text stating her prescription was ready to be picked up. We called the pharmacy to see what it could be since my mom receives all her medication through her assisted living facility. It was a prescription for her UTI that she was told she didn't have. In viewing her MyChat it showed that the urinalysis was positive and the results were given on the next morning of her first night. My mom went four days of pain when urinating. I could keep going on and on. This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with a hospital.

I had a very good visit with LPN aaron. He changed three of my medications and I was to come back in one week to give them feedback on the new medications. Unfortunately I was not able to get an appointment for either 3 months or 6 months and I did have serious blackout allergic reaction to my medications and I have not been able to see anyone since

Broke my hip, the brilliant surgeon replaced it. Dr Wong is the most brilliant, amazing individual I've ever had the pleasure to have on my side . All the nurses and staff took care of me like family. It's hard to express or explain how this whole staff took care of me and made me part of their tribe. Unbelievable Customer Service and support. Thank u, Colleen Westerman

Check in was accurate and efficient. His Nurse took my vitals and reviewed all medications and supplements I currently take. Dr Brizolara was on time. He is very calming and speaks to me in an understanding manor. I always feel better after his appointment.

The Cardiology office in the hospital is easy to find. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous. The nursing staff prepping for the doctor, taking vitals were efficient and informative. Dr Whitwer is the bomb. He was able to answer all my questions and provided me with good feedback and a plan forward.
