Dr Tom'e at IHC Heart Clinic was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain my heart device, more than anyone has done since I received it on 2009. He carefully explained how the device works, answered my questions in detail and made sure I left feeling truly informed and reassured. I also want to mention Naomi, who was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Together they created a incredibly caring and professional atmosphere that made me comfortable and confident in my care.
