Getting a prescription refilled by Bowers is a joke. It's a controlled substance, so I have to call them to get it sent to the pharmacy. When Bivens would fill it, it would get sent within an hour or two. Last month, I called the first time, specified the medication and the dose. Few days nothing. Called again, told me to check with the pharmacy, which I know hey had not received it, but I checked with them, still hadn't received it. Called a third time, finally got it sent that day, and it was the wrong dose, after waiting a week. I'm trying to get another refill for this month, and I'm on phone call number two and coming up on a week. And that's just getting a refill. Actually going to Bowers for a visit is an even bigger joke. Completely minimizes my concerns about any problems I'm experiencing and doesn't seem to take me seriously. Just wants to get me out as soon as possible. I'm very disappointed, and even more so because I know I would need to find a new PCP to maybe, maybe get better care.
