CareNow Urgent Care - South Jordan

This was my second visit to this clinic and both visits were very good experiences. Today I came in for a UTI and all the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. I saw Dr Montes, who did a great job taking care of me and informing me of the process. I didn't catch the name of the assistants who helped me, but they were also very friendly and helped me have a great experience.

To be honest I was very surprised to receive such basic and unhelpful care from here. $35 bucks for a visit, where I extensively describe my symptoms, just to then be given medication that did not relieve my symptoms, to then come back, another $35, to be seen by a doctor that said that basically they couldn't do anything there for my condition, and that I'd have to go to a primary care, because they couldn't do stool testing. What a joke.. $70 down the drain for symptoms even the doctor admitted he knew the medication I needed for, but he said without stool testing he couldn't prescribe it... turns out I found another urgent care that does stool testing, and they're tremendously nicer and better care.. disappointed and sad that the healthcare system at times is one of superiority with little empathy. No apologies, no genuineness, just remote guidelines and policies without much "care" for the patient. Pretty sad. Can't wait to enter the healthcare system myself and change the world one patient at a time.

My husband went here seeking care and that was not what he got. All that happened was the provider took a brief look at the issue and then referred him to a specialist. He didn't have any labs, tests, imaging or procedures done and they billed $488 for the visit. We requested an itemized copy of the bill from the billing department and they said the consult was the only thing listed. He then asked for further detail because almost $500 seems like a steep bill for the nature of his visit. The billing department told him that's just healthcare in America. Needless to say, we were both very disappointed in the customer service and frustrated by our experience with CareNow. We will not be returning nor would we recommend going here.

This place is a joke. I came because I was having stomach issues. The doctor i got was not very helpful at all. It seemed like i had more information about what could be wrong with me than he did. They charged me almost $500 dollars to sit in a room for 10 minutes and get 2 prescriptions written. Do yourself a favor and please go somewhere else

Visiting from out of town and needed to see a doctor. This office was quick, efficient, friendly and so helpful! Definitely recommend coming here for healthcare needs. Dr Bazney was great.
