Sugar House Health Center

I came to Sugar House today to get an infusion done. It's a beautiful facility. Very bright and full of people. I made my way to the second floor to check in. I didn't even get a chance to sit down and I was already called in. My husband gets infusions for his Ms. He sits in a medical chair type recliner and hangs out for a few hours. Honestly, that's what I was expecting. Boy was I wrong. They had me set up in a room, with a bed, TV, warm blanket and snacks. SNACKS! My nurse check in with me. We got my vitals and iv started. And before I know it, I was officially hooked up and got my infusion started. It was nice to be able to lay down. I watched a couple episodes of Dateline and before I know it, I was done. I couldn't have asked for a nicer nurse to help me today. He was great! I enjoyed my little snack and being able to chill in my room. I hope that if you have to get an infusion done that you have such a great experience like I did today.

Dr. Braaten is the best doctor I have ever had. She is an incredible Rheumatologist at the University of Utah. She goes far beyond just rheumatology by listening to your issues and discussing them to write up a referral to the appropriate specialist. She is an Amazing Doctor. You will have such a great experience with her you will wonder why you went to anybody else.

Dr. Vinodhini ("Vino") Kolandavelu consistently demonstrates exceptional attentiveness and a profound understanding of my medical history. She meticulously reviews my chart prior to our appointments and retains all pertinent health details, which are crucial for developing comprehensive care plans. Her approach prioritizes understanding my unique and complex health considerations, reflecting a genuine commitment to patient well-being. Dr. Kolandavelu is, without a doubt, an outstanding healthcare specialist. My sincere gratitude to Dr. Vino for her impactful and exemplary care.

Dr. Miner was absolutely wonderful. She offered clear, compassionate advice to support my weight loss journey and helped me set a simple, achievable goal for the weekend that made me feel motivated and capable. What stood out most was how much time she spent truly listening to my concerns--without judgment, just genuine care. I left feeling heard, supported, and encouraged. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who combines expertise with empathy.

Dr. Harris is very knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to discuss my medical issues and concerns. He is a great listener and communicator, answering my questions using language and terms I could understand. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor. I also really like the rest of the staff. They are kind, friendly, and welcoming. The office seems well organized and efficient.
