The way this doctor treated my 80-year-old grandma was absolutely unacceptable. She spoke to her disrespectfully and treated her differently because of her personal political beliefs. When my grandma declined another COVID shot, the doctor followed her out to the lobby, raising her voice and continuing to argue with her. She even refused to re-prescribe a medication that had been helping my grandma and told her to find a new doctor even though this wasn't my grandma's regular doctor in the first place. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I'm deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way she treated an elderly patient who simply thought differently from her.

As a nurse, I appreciate the way Dr. Cicmanec takes whatever time is needed to address my concerns as a patient, share her insights, and collaborate on a plan of care. She is thoughtful, intelligent, and partners with me on my health goals. What I loved first about her was her willingness to communicate with me and provide me with timely feedback and advice after labwork, studies, and procedures. To round things out- the clinic staff are professional, efficient and caring. Overall, the perfect scenario for patient centered primary health care!
