Out of the countless medical facilities I've been to across a dozen major medical systems in four different states: Utah Valley Heart & Lung Surgical Associates stand out in the absolute best of ways. I only found out there was a surgery for Hyperhidrosis about a month ago; I've been impacted by the condition my whole life. In that month, I've been able to: get a referral, have the referral approved, schedule my consultation, have my consultation, and schedule my surgery for a date that is just outside that month mark. This is quite honestly incredible. I've never had such speedy care in my entire life for a non-emergency issue. Dr. McCann and his MA Kayla were both extremely knowledgeable and made me feel confident in my choice to move forward with the procedure. All of the risks were discussed, I have very realistic expectations because of Dr McCann's transparency, and for the first time in my life I have hope for my condition and the possibility of lessening its disabling symptoms. The pre-op team has been very communicative and supportive as well. I really appreciate the time they took to make sure we've adequately covered my medical history and relevant information. I very much look forward to my procedure, and will update my review afterwards if it is necessary :)
