If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband had an appointment with Dr. Ulysse McCann, and the experience was unbelievably bad. Dr. McCann was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no interest in actually listening to him. He barely acknowledged my husband's concerns, cut him off, and acted irritated the entire time, as if we were wasting his time by simply being there. There was no compassion, no professionalism, and not even the basic kindness you'd expect from a healthcare provider. My husband left feeling disrespected, brushed off, and completely unsupported -- and watching him be treated that way was infuriating and upsetting. I would strongly warn anyone considering this doctor. There are far better providers who actually care about their patients and take the time to listen. After this experience, we will never return, and I would never recommend Dr. McCann to anyone.

Dr. McCann's people are all very knowledgeable and pleasant. They made sure I was well taken care of and were willing to take the time to answer my questions. I also received a follow up call the next day.

Lyle and I appreciated Dr. McCann and his staff. They were all very caring and efficient. Dr. McCann listened to us and answered our questions. We never felt rushed. He explained Lyle's cancer and the treatments well and was very thorough about Lyle's options. We liked his straight forward manner. Dr McCann was very nice and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and let me know that he thought this was not cancer, but we want to be sure. He got my surgery scheduled and worked with what I had already scheduled. He told me he was going to take very good care of me. He eased my concerns. I waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time. That's not bad considering how they have to juggle surgery's and office visits and emergencies. The staff kept me informed on when he would be in. The staff is wonderful. My experience was very good and reassuring. Thank you

Dr. McCann and his team did an excellent job throughout my ascending aortic aneurysm repair! They addressed my concerns, questions and have been very encouraging throughout the process!
