The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. We were in the ER for my husband with kidney stones and when I called to schedule an appointment she started yelling at me because they hadn't sent imaging over. They didn't take an ultrasound they just told us to call the urologist in the morning. Maybe hire someone with a little compassion that's going to be directly dealing with patients in pain. What a horrible experience. Now when we do have the imaging we will not even consider this place. Hire a new receptionist.

This place is such a scam. Everytime anyone in my family has gone here they first tell us our insurance is accepted. Then for whatever reason they don't put the insurance in correctly then it goes back and forth. You end up owing way more than what is covered by insurance. We got the run around with three different patients all through revere health. Each bill got processed wrong and they don't even bother fixing it. We spent months trying to get it correct and by the time the finally do it right it's too late for insurance. Then they send it to collections and with in 3 to 6 months and process it with legal. I will never recommend anyone to go here I refuse to go here ever again they did it with a bill of mine one for my husband and one for my son. All different years all different locations. This place is a scam they should be looked into for insurance fraud. They make so much more money but not processing insurance correctly. Will never have anything done here again. Very disappointed and now out a extra 1000 because they sent it to collections and took legal action before it was even a year out. Another scam artist in the medical field. So sad they take advantage of people. Don't bother going here even if they say they accept your insurance because they don't.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but based only on my interactions on the phone and with receptionists, these are some of the rudest people I've had to talk to. Very condescending. I was just trying to confirm when I had an appointment after I was forced to reschedule and they treat talking to you like a major pain.

Extremely rude receptionist. Her only job is to answer the phones and be kind and that seems to be way too much for her. You don't yell at people and then hang up on them especially when they have to make a medical appointment.
