Good appointment to find out results and concern with Doctor after biospy. Still not getting ASL interpreter as I have back up plan for interpreter to be there today. My goals is make sure have interpreter always there for Doctor. I don't want VRI tablets. I hope the Intermountain can do better with patient is deaf and still struggling with no interpret access as ADA. Already have good news for me with my expectations and not good expectation about interpreter for advance or situation no show up and I refused using VRI tablets. Have a good day. It not on feeney it on urologist doctor office. Intermountain please reach out me for future and planning ahead up ASL interpretation

I am giving two stars because he clearly knows what he's doing and has given me an accurate analysis of my results. However, I have gone through a pretty traumatic experience with my health, and I felt that both of our appointments lacked patience and care. I was in and out of his office in about five minutes. I had some concerns that I wanted to bring up with him since he's an expert, but I felt like I couldn't do so because he was in such a rush. When I left, I was holding back tears because I was so frustrated in the lack of care. My appointment definitely could've been a phone call and I drove from West Valley to Provo to see him for only five minutes. It's sad.

On the positive side, we didn't have a long wait and the medical assistant was friendly and kind. On the other hand, the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, the Dr was arrogant and condescending. The visit was a waste of time...my elderly mother did not get any help or answers. And then, of course, they wanted her to make a follow-up appointment.

I had a routine follow up at Dr. Feeny's office for a heart thing. I needed a new EKG for an upcoming back procedure. They were happy to give me one even though it wasn't scheduled. And they got me in ten minutes early too!! Great care by great people.

Dr. Feeney was in such a hurry, he probably spent all of one minute with me. He didn't ask if I had any questions or issues. I usually see Dr. Wilkenson but I know that he has been out on paternity leave. I have a combination of issues and my BP has been high for a year or longer, even taking 3 different RX for high BP. I am very disappointed.
