Monday morning I called Ethan Youngs office to voice a problem I was having with a medicine I had stopped taking. The receptionist i spoke with took a very confusing message down, the nurse I spoke with later was rude and curt with me from the very beginning of the call. She argued and spoke over me. I will not be using the office staff for anything other than scheduling appointments. I will continue to see Ethan despite the office staff.
