Don't ever go see this heart institute they will end up hurting you when you leave. you'll go in with zero pain and end up walking out in a 10 out of 10 pain scale. Definitely don't go see Rebecca for a echo because she won't explain to you that you can tell them to stop at any time. After she was done digging at my hiatal hernia and making it bigger. I expressed that I was in pain she didn't even care and just moved me on to my next test that I was having done that day. This whole facility is a joke people on their cell phones while working and not helping those in need. I almost had to go down to the ER because she caused that much pain and now my tests are going to be all messed up because of her.

One star is being generous. We have had problems getting procedures scheduled. We have been lied to by the staff on multiple occasions. We have asked for information to be sent to us by them, we received information... however, it was not the information we requested. The keeps telling you what they can't do, instead of what they can do. Save your stress for the stress test and go to another facility.

I have been trying for weeks to get an MRI scheduled that my neurologist ordered. Because I have a pacemaker they required something from my cardiologist stating that the pacemaker is MRI compatible which they stated that they received but then told me that they needed get it scheduled with someone in their cardiology department. Today I called after waiting more than a week to hear back from them they asked if my insurance would cover it and then said again that they needed something from my cardiologist in which I told them that it had already been done and they stated that they don't show that it was. I am fed up with trying to get this done at this facility. They have delayed me getting the treatment that I need for my MS. I will go to another facility even though I will have to travel 3 1/2 hours to get there.

Constantly getting voicemail. I don't think I've ever called in and talked to a person. So unprofessional. God forbid i need something
