I wanted to share such a pleasant experience for my hospital stay at Saint Mark's Hospital. I've been hospitalized twice in Utah using Mountainstar healthcare and this one was the best! Even though I came in to receive treatment for severe heath issues I was having, I can honestly compare my stay here like staying at the Ritz Carlton! My attending doctor Dr Maiya was great; he was so caring and took extra time to explain my condition and address my health issues. The attending staff who took care of me 'round the clock was beyond professional, courteous, friendly and caring. With that said, I do want to recognize Sonu, Savanah, Rupa, Austin and Ben who took care of me day and night. I thank you guys so much for everything. Even the housekeeping staff took extra care cleaning the room and did not rush and made sure everything every aspect of the room was closely attended to and sanitized. That would be Nyamou. I would definitely come back for any health issues that I have and make this hospital my number one choice. This is the kind of hospital that when you go in for something, you don't go home dealing with something else. I also had an excellent view with two extra oversized picture windows, so I've attached the view that I've had during my stay here which was an awesome sight!

Arriving to 'valet parking' is always the BEST!
When first being escorted to where to change, I noticed names on the different lockers. Most were familiar, but I didn't know very much about some of them. There were pictures on the wall with their names and a brief summary about them. All were amazing women in history. It was then a little more fun to choose which locker I wanted my things in.
Everyone who worked with me was very friendly and kind. I enjoyed our conversations. They seemed to care about me, our conversation, that i was always comfortable. It was quick and thorough.
I had 2 different screenings done and was out in 1 hour.

I'd like to thank all of my St. Mark's Hospital 5N CMS Unit. It was a very upsetting and scary experience when I was admitted to the hospital. The care team's I had were gentle, caring and comforting. I was there for 7 very stressful days. My care while there was exceptional! I'd felt safe, cared for and comfortable. I'd like to thank all the people below.
Thomas, Katherine, Ellie, Sarah, Diane, Maddie, Tierney, Cami, Chandler, Kaleb, Ashlyn, Savanna (Head Nurse) Shari, Nichole, Kaith, Quinn, Sky, Allison, Rupa, Sonu, Del, and Brennan. I hope I didn't forget anyone. I would also like to recognize the two individuals who always kept my room clean and made me smile, Daniela and Sanju.
When I was being discharged my nurse R upa helped me by giving me a big hug and telling me I'd be alright. You see I had to go to a care facility and be away from my family and kitties for an extended length of time. It was really hard to except not being able to go home and her hug meant everything at that moment. I wish health and happiness to all these amazing people

I am having alot of pain in my back and I do not usually have that kind of pain. I have not fallen I have not twisted my back.
Hospital took a urine sample and said it was clear - that was good news. They said I have Musculoskeletal strain and that is well and good. However, it has been almost a month now and without Tylenol ever 5 hours I am in extreme pain. And I was left with the impression when I left that this was just the new me and I am not willing to accept that. So - how was my experience? I am looking into alternative sources since a medical staff said to just enjoy it

Beautiful hospital. All office staff members were very kind and helpful. My anesthesiologist Dr Metcalf (I think was his name), Dr Huntsman's PA Mark and of course Dr Huntsman all came in and introduced themselves before surgery, much appreciated. Lisa, my nurse in recovery was excellent she never left my side! Kenna my floor nurse, also excellent. There are not enough words to thank you all for your kindness and professionalism!!
I definitely need to thank the nurse that placed my IV line in, I think his name is Ryan?? He had a great personality and did not cause any discomfort at all.
