I had a visit in February. They took labs and said they would bill me through the office. Nice of them. But I got billed for the labs through the hospital, and then again through the office, for the same labs. So I attempted to get a hold of both parties. The hospital answered the first time and said I would need to get a hold of the office. So I did. I called the woman in charge of billing and left a message. Nobody called me back. So I called and left a message again. Nobody called me back. So I called a lady who handled appointments who kindly said she would leave a message for the billing lady. Still no call back. So I called and left another message for the billing lady. Mind you this whole thing is over a period of two weeks. She finally called back but was snapping, talking down to me, and very rude. Then it occurred to me that I had inconvenienced this poor lady by letting her know I was double charged. I also inconvenienced her by asking her for help trying to resolve this issue. I'm probably never going to get my money back. The doctors do a fine job. But after over ten years of going to this doctor, I will not be back. Unbelievable how poor of a job a person can do, and then yell at you like it"s your fault.
