Patient Reviews

Patient

DO NOT SEE THIS MAN. Dr. Borchardt was awful! When we first met with him he seemed great, he asked lots of questions and ordered tests to help us find answers. BUT he never followed up with us. The tests were so expensive and he never called us about them or told us what they said. We are still getting bills 6 months after the appointment, I think we have gotten over 10 bills from the one appointment. I know doctors are busy, but he was just negligent. I'm just so disappointed.

I have been seeing Dr "B" (my nickname) since February 2016 after I experienced a 'widow maker'. He is constantly thorough in his review of my health and recommendations. I like how he is able to explain things in layman's terms. I trust him. His staff are friendly and still maintain their professionalism.

Patient

Read others reviews they are similar to mine. Borchardt recommended an overnight in the hospital after an ER visit and grim diagnosis. After a day in the hospital, he couldn't be found to explain the requirement of an overnight stay or the grim diagnosis. Nurses couldn't get him to reply. I gave him a month to follow up via phone and explain but he never did. Seems to not care about dropping worry bombs then walking away to avoid explaining. Nurses agreed with me that what I experienced was unprofessional.

Dr Roger Borchardt is, knowledgeable, patient. Never too busy to answer any questions we may have. Takes time to explain exactly what he feels is the best treatment for us. We highly recommend him as a cardiologist. We have been under his care since we moved to Utah 2016. An excellent physician

Patient

We saw Dr. Brouchard May of 2020. I got a pacemaker March of 2020. The first appointment went fine, he told me I would need a stress test (for the next appointment) & a couple other things. We show up for the second appointment. We are on time. After waiting a half hour a nurse comes out & says they don't know what our appointment is for. So I tell them & tell her my cholesterol numbers (which they wanted). She hands me her card & asks me to email her the numbers, & states we have to reschedule our appointment. I have not been back.
