Dr. Neville is one of the rare physicians who truly listens and makes you feel like a partner in your care. He's compassionate, genuine, and has a great sense of humor that makes even tough appointments easier. I always leave feeling heard, supported, and confident in my treatment plan.

The heart of this hospital is its incredible staff. Every nurse, technician, and doctor I encountered treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and dignity. They made a potentially stressful situation manageable through their warmth and expertise. It is clearly a culture of caring here.

The entire team was prompt, extremely helpful, compassionate and supportive. Dr. Monson and Tyson spent the time explaining what the diagnosis was, next steps then the recommendations for the surgeon I needed to see. I so appreciate their kindness and for helping me feel like it was all going to be ok.

I had a very positive experience. Amanda was amazing with answering all my questions and being very attentive and literally holding my hand through the whole experience. She was very welcoming and kind. Jenna was very thorough and able to make sure that everything went right and that I felt comfortable the entire time. Thank you and the other ladies I'm the room who made it as pleasant as possible.

I was EXTREMELY nervous about this 2nd opinion visit! Even my office blood pressure evidenced my anxiety. But, just after five minutes with Drew and his assistant, Julie, I felt immensely relieved. They both understood my concern and apprehension. They took plenty of time to explain things to me. Drew especially explained that I would leave the office "with a plan" - a plan that I understood and felt comfortable with. And, he was quite clear about the seriousness of the problem I might have. I had NOT understood that until this visit. He was forthright but not in an intimidating manner: what a relief! Julie was such a help! She helped with a procedure, in the office, that was MOST uncomfortable for an almost 78 year old man. And it worked out great. She was super! They both made it clear that ongoing help was in the works -- Drew would place a referral to a surgical team for additional tests at the U/U and Julie would arrange for someone to contact me regarding additional ongoing supplies. My wife does NOT normally accompany me for office visits, but this time she did. She, too, was impressed as to how well this team read my anxiety and responded in a really professional, caring manner. I was surprised just how well this 2nd option visit worked out. Additionally, the greeting staff at the Farmington facility that afternoon were very friendly and helpful. It makes things just a tad smoother. We shall see how things progress, but my visit was much, much better than I had expected.
