Dr. Mulamalla is one of the top medical professionals I have ever met. Her professionalism, direct to the point and thoroughness in assessments, are unparalleled. For years, I have had undiagnosed conditions where other doctors misdiagnosed, overlooked, or where symptoms were being ignored. Her attention to every detail and symptom was remarkable. Upon a thorough review, she listened to my concerns, questioned me of various life interactions, and even questioned me why other doctors prescribed medications. She really cares for her patients. Even as we concluded our office visit with her walking out, she turned and asked again if there were any final questions. She took the extra moment to ask. I have seen her before, for conditions other doctors overlooked. My leaving her office, I have always felt listened to, that she had reviewed all testing and treatments, and have felt satisfied that we both planned our success by an action plan going forward. Over my 58 years, a professional of 20 years as a nuclear reactor operator, professionalism in specialty fields matters. She is a doctor who makes you believe that you matter. Together, we are to find a true solution as a team. She respectfully listens with sincerity. As a teammate who cares for you as a person, I felt included in piecing the seemingly disassociated variables into an understood resolution. She will not waste your or her time, but tell you how it is bluntly honest as one professional to another. I can honestly state I have smiled leaving her office every time.
