Revere Health Family Medicine - Eagle Mountain

I had a great first experience here! Front desk staff was friendly, got brought back within 5 minutes, the MA and PA were very sweet and listened to my concerns. The PA was knowledgeable about my condition. They sent my prescription in immediately. I would definitely return to this urgent care.

Went in to see if I had a UTI and they said that they were unsure if it was a UTI, that they could see bacteria in my urine but was unclear. So they did a culture and sent it to a lab and said that I would wait 5-6 days, and that they would call me with the results. I end up at my OBGYN and turns out I have a kidney infection. And I had to call Revere for my results because my OB also wanted to know what the results were. THEY NEVER CALLED ME!! I called twice to speak with a nurse and no one answered. Called about 10 minutes later they answered but this time I talked to the receptionist. She said no nurse was there and I said that it was urgent and I needed those results immediately. She put me on hold for twenty minutes and got a nurse on the phone, SHE STRAIGHT UP LIED to me that there was no nurse when there was and WASTED MY TIME. Then the nurse was rude and condescending to me and was not helpful when giving me my results. All she said was that it was negative and I had to dig for more answers. THESE PEOPLE COULD CARE LESS. My OB figured things out way faster and actually took care of me, and redid the urine culture. And also WILL be calling me in 2-3 days because their actually reliable, and actually care about my health. My OB also is certain that I have a kidney infection which can be very serious. SHAME ON YOU REVERE HEALTH YOU SUCK PERIOD AND I AM NEVER COMING BACK BRAINLESS PEOPLE!!!

Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and nice, especially the receptionist. They got me right in for a vaccine and it was super straight forward.

This was the last time I go to Revere health. I've been using Revere health as my primary care provider for 5 years as well as using the urgent care for emergencies and non-emergency purposes. I've had good and bad experiences and I keep giving them a 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances. Well yesterday my toddler sliced their finger open and it was bleeding like crazy. I franticly wrapped it with a paper towel and rushed to urgent care. It was 7:30 pm, they close at 8. When I arrived there was a whole line of people waiting to be checked in with no one in sight for the front desk. I stood there for a good 5 minutes before I asked are you all waiting to be checked in? all the people in line nodded to me and someone said they had been waiting for a while now just to be checked in. Blood was soaking the paper towel wrapped finger. I was starting to panic, I needed to get this toddler taken care of. I walked out to my car and saw a nurse come to the foyer. So I ran back in. I was worried about the amount of blood and going to the ER seemed so far away. When I came back in the people in line understood that mine was an actual emergency and allowed me to ask to be checked in. The front office lady then appeared and sneered at me "we are only taking 2 more patients. So we won't see you. I'd take your child to the ER." I was shocked, the people in line had let me go to the front but they still turned me away. I was mind blown that in an actual emergency situation I got brushed off. Like at least offer a new paper towel or something. But no, I got sneered at. Also I told the ER doctor about it and he laughed and said this was an easy fix and the urgent care Doctor wouldn't have needed much time to put one stitch in it. They didn't even send a nurse to look at it. Just turned me away. So much for "urgent care".

I went here a few months ago. The nurse practitioner oh seen me made some rude and assuming comments without looking into any of my health history. I had an eating disorder in my late teens and early 20's. I went in for pain I was feeling and told the NP that I recognized some familiar symptoms and was told by this NP my symptoms were from over eating! My symptoms had NOTHING to do with eating period! However she treated me for exactly why I came in, a kidney infection. I to work in healthcare and I am very familiar with the symptoms I was having. Her poor chair side mannerisms were very apparent. Her nasty comments still live in my head. You need to be careful what you say to people, you never know the battles they have fought!
