Brigham City Community Hospital

Horrible experience. I came here throwing up with a severe migraine. All I needed was migraine shots, and they were slow and EXTREMELY RUDE. I left and went to an urgent care and was treated within an hour for a fraction of the cost. At the Brigham hospital, I had the most rude, in-compassionate, and unempathetic nurse ever. I've never had such a bad experience at a hospital in my entire life. Whoever the older gal is with the short gray hair needs to be removed from patient interactions. She was truly a horrible human. 10/10 go to any other hospital or urgent care. Not only was my experience bad, they also failed to run the billing through my insurance, which they were provided with when I arrived.

I am so upset with our experience here. I took my husband in last night for symptoms of a heart attack. They got him back quickly and started treating him. They drew blood and ran tests and eventually told us nothing was wrong. He didn't have a heart attack. I asked the dr for his blood sugar levels and potassium levels because I know if they are off it can cause this. I was told both were in normal range. We were never shown his chest xray or his lab results so today we called and asked for them. Guess what was off and even stated on the paperwork. His blood sugar and potassium were out of normal range. So not only was I lied to I now have a bill for a problem that we figured out on our own. Updated: This response is hilarious. You have all of our information. If you were genuinely concerned about the service and care given you would call us to make things right.

All my nurses were very nice & helpful. I even got a thank you note handwritten from them. And the OR staff had me at ease. The Dr. was kind and the anesthesiologist was amazing. I didn't even wake up with nausea. Amazing!!

The quality of care here is to say nicely....crap. I was not going to post a review but when my niece got the same care I decided someone needs to see this. I went in feeling like I was on the verge of death the doctor did not even exam me instead he told me they would give me iv fluids as I was dehydrated. No listening to my lungs no checking my ears nothing the only thing he did was touch my foot and tell me to get better. Two days later I am even worse get in to see my regular doctor I have full blown pneumonia boarder line admit me to the hospital. Something THE ER DR SHOULD HAVE LISTENED FOR. Needless to say my niece got the same type of care. Can I say YOUR QUALITY OF CARE HAS SUNK YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS we aren't numbers on your slip. I loved Brigham City hospital and would have recommended them to anyone now I feel like I'd be more at risk going there than I would be to drive an extra 30 minutes to see someone in Ogden.

Dr. Porter changed my life after just 1 appointment and 1 procedure with him. Issues I've been having for years, countless GI doctors and testing with no answers and I'm finally feeling better. The staff handling the procedure were professional, compassionate, and really put me at ease.
