Oaks Medical Group - Bountiful

A patient of Dr. William Draper I gotta tell you I've had quite a few doctors in my past , but this guy is pretty freaking amazing. I actually feel like I'm more than a patient and I know I'm not. I'm just a patient but he's just a really good guy and so caring and willing to help with my medical needs Yeah , along with his staff. Very thankful for him.!!

This office is great. They are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The online bill pay get a a little finicky sometimes, but the office it's self is top notch. We see Dr. Wang, and she is incredible. We appreciate how she listens to our needs, supports our family and really knows her stuff!

I recently saw Dr. Draper at Oaks Medical Group for some men's health concerns, and I couldn't be more impressed. Dr. Draper has an incredible understanding of men's health needs and, on top of being an excellent generalist, could very well be one of the preeminent specialists in the area. His passion and understanding were evident throughout my visit. He took the time to walk me through numerous options and made me feel completely comfortable with my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Draper and Oaks Medical Group for anyone seeking top-notch men's health care and beyond.

The receptionist at this location are extremely unprofessional. I have been going to this drs office since they opened their location here on the 3rd floor. I have never been so blatantly disrespected and blown off. I've haven't ever had the problem of calling a drs office and having my calls rejected because one of the receptionist didn't like my tone of voice on a phone call, spoke over me while in the phone call and then hung up on me and refused to take my calls. This is not the kind of treatment I expect from the place I am going to for my well being. While there their supervisor took care of my concerns but I am unable to say anything was actually done about it. The Doctors themselves are amazing and I highly recommend them, the office staff it seems like it depends on who's working and what mood they're in which is unprofessional.

The staff are rude. The Dr. gate keep on medications by making you have insane amount of follow up appointments and the secretaries will say "the provider won't send in anymore medications unless you follow up." They act irritated if you ask "too many " questions. Gina is nice enough, but definitely feel like If you ask too many questions, she becomes visibly annoyed. I will be finding a new provider.
