Douglas Kasteler grew up in Salt Lake City and has been practicing in Bountiful since 1994. He cares for all ages and enjoys the variety of conditions and patients he gets to see being a Family Medicine Physician. Dr. Kasteler completed his undergraduate education at University of Utah before attending The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington DC for his Medical Doctorate. He returned to Utah to complete his residency at the University of Utah.

Dr. Kasteler has the best ways of making you comfortable in what could be awkward procedures. He is caring, understanding, and respectful. He has a special way of answering your questions because he actually listens. The appointment I had for a physical was on time and quick. I am very happy with the staff and the ability they have to keep the schedule. Thank you for your knowledge, expertise, and service.
Dr. Kasteler had helped me with so many things - I have worked with him, I am seen by him. He's very good at what he does and is always kind. He wants to do things the right way for me and for alll of his patients. I am lucky to have had him as my primary care physician for many years. Of course, I trust him with my life.
